I am happy to advise you on options, but these arrangements are up to you. Currently I do not book flights. As part of the Signature package, I will research flight options, connections and timing to maximize your trip, but I will not make the booking on your behalf.

The Pink Duck Signature Package starts at $250. The fee reflects an estimate for the work required to plan and customize your trip. Since every itinerary is curated personally for you, factors like trip length, number of participants, number of destinations, accommodation preferences, and activity choices can influence the final fee. This planning fee compensates me for the time and research invested in crafting your trip. After our initial consultation, I will provide you with an estimated fee and ask for a deposit before beginning our work. I will of course always confirm the finalized fee in writing before you are charged.

Accommodations can range from less than $200/night to over $1,000. While I primarily partner with luxury brands, I am always searching for the best rates. I especially love finding boutique hotels that have luxury amenities and experiences at a lower price-point.

Airbnb does not work directly with travel advisors, so I cannot book these on your behalf. However, through my network of travel partners, I have access to home rentals and villas around the world that I can book directly. I am also sometimes able to book VRBO properties. These properties have been vetted by our partners and will likely result in a much better accommodation experience for travelers!

First, I suggest browsing some travel inspiration on my blog, social media accounts and across the internet. When we meet for our initial consultation we will brainstorm and eventually narrow it down to 2-3 options. From there, I will provide you with an overview of the options and expected cost so you can make a final selection.

Nope! This package offers the same services as a traditional travel agent. I will research transportation and accommodations and present you with the best options. Once you make your selections, I complete the bookings using my network. I receive commission for the booking, and you receive all of the perks.
